Traditional Ashtanga Practice Times
Our schedule follows the traditional Ashtanga format with Mysore-style practice offered six days a week. Led Primary Series classes are held on specific days to help students learn the correct vinyasa count.
Traditional self-practice with individual instruction. Students practice at their own pace while receiving personalized adjustments and guidance.
Suitable for all levels • Mon-Sat 6:00-9:00 AM
Guided Primary Series class where the teacher counts the vinyasa in Sanskrit. Helps establish proper rhythm and breathing.
Intermediate level • Friday 6:00 AM
• Arrive 15 minutes early for registration
• Practice on an empty stomach (no food 2-3 hours before)
• Bring a yoga mat and small towel
• Wear comfortable, fitted clothing
• Let the teacher know about any injuries or conditions
Following Ashtanga tradition, we rest on full and new moon days. These natural rest days allow the body to recover and integrate the practice.
